What is cancer? Cancer is a disease that occurs when the cells become abnormal and they divide without control. Each organ of the body is constructed from a cells variety. Cells divide in a certain order so that their number increases only when it is needed. When the cells divide when it is not required, it results too much tissue. This surplus of the tissue is called tumor and it may be malignant or benign.

What is breast cancer? - The breast cancer is a malignant tumor that forms in the breast tissue, usually the cells of ducts and lobes (the glands that secrete milk). This disease can occur in men and women but it is most common in women; it is currently the most dreaded disease because in the whole world, one woman dies at every 15 minutes by this disease.

Fortunately, the information about the breast cancer extended. We can this way to identify a number of factors which are favoring the disease, we have several available methods for establishing diagnosis and, last but not least, we have various treatment options. All that, increase the chances of a cure for breast cancer.
